The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

5.3 VIP Program

The dh77 VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier based on gaming activity and regularity. Cashback is paid every Monday.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Every bet placed on dh77 is treated as a binding agreement. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error prevented it from being properly accepted. In sports betting, bet acceptance closes once the event has started.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the result of a game is affected by a server outage, network issue or software error, dh77 reserves the right to void that bet or game round. dh77 is not obliged to pay out incorrect figures or bonus amounts displayed as a result of a technical error.
